Winter is a great time for children to relax and have a lot of fun. During the holiday season, family members typically stay at home more and children will need much more attention from their parents. Play Board Games- instead of allowing children to play with smartphones, consoles, or PCs, it’s better to play board games with other family members. This is another opportunity for parents and children to create stronger bonds.

Bake- allow children to make dough for cookies, cakes, or breads. Children may decide what ingredients to add like raisins, fresh ginger, chopped chocolate bars, peanut butter or crushed nuts.
